Description
The Soyuz 2 Rocket is a medium-lift launch vehicle for space flight and the seventh major version of the Soyuz rocket family. It was first launched in 2004 and has successfully launched over 150 times since. The rockets are operated from Baikonur, Plesetsk and Vostochny Launch sites. The Soyuz-2 rocket uses advanced liquid rocket engines and a modern control system that allows it to send payloads into space with high precision and increased mass.
